Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Secret Cleared CUCM Technicianto support a premier federal IT provider based out of Arlington, VA in a hybrid capacity. The Secret Cleared CUCM Technician will be responsible for providing CUCM and Cisco support for a 5 year DoD contract.

Responsibilities of the Secret Cleared CUCM Technician includes:
- Assist with the deployment of Cisco UC endpoints and devices.
- Provide technica troubleshooting and maintenance of Cisco C9300 switches.
- Support Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) including upgrades, maintenance and configurations.
Qualifications for the Secret Cleared CUCM Technician includes :
- 2-3+ years of Cisco CUCM support experience
- An active secret clearance is required
- CompTIA Security+ is required
- Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
Compensation for the Secret Cleared CUCM Technician includes :
- Salary Equivalent: $95,000 - $100,000** depending on experience**
