POSITION SUMMARY: We are actively seeking a Program Manager and a Deputy Program Manager to support an upcoming government contract. The Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager will be responsible for the contractor’s performance of the work. *This contract is pending award.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take direction from the customer and coordinate directly with representatives from other directorates to support the customer requirements.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of contractor employee performance.
- Participate in or delegate attendance to weekly staff meetings, decision boards, and other working groups.
- Maintain an electronic dashboard/task tracker file of products in development, completed, under review, under revision, or any additional identifier as directed by the USG.
- Provide key performance metric data as required or requested.
- Ensure at least one contractor representative is physically available to attend USG meetings as requested or required between 0730 and 1630 during a typical work week.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOP) consistent with best practices and any process improvements that occur over the life of the contract and with enough detail to ensure operations continuity regardless of any personnel changes that may occur.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: TS/SCI clearance with at least one year remaining before reinvestigation requirement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- US citizenship.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in any field of study.
- Five years or more experience managing resources, supervising personnel, and leading teams.
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Suite of applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
- An active TS/SCI clearance with at least one year remaining before reinvestigation requirement.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- PMP certification
- Former US Military Intelligence experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT: 8-hour shifts.
PAY RANGE:
Pay Range: $85,000 - $200,000 a year
