Required Skills / Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional services firm; client-facing role is an added advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting large-scale implementations
- At least 1 year of experience in coaching junior staff
Work Location/Travel:
- Residence in Washington, DC required
- Remote with willingness to work on-site at Edera's Washington DC office and/or government offices; relocation not required
- Willingness to travel is required. Due to COVID-19, certain on-site client work has been suspended until further notice, however, on-site work may be required on a case-by-case basis for this position

- Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills in MS PowerPoint
