**THIS POSITION IS INCUMBENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**

DESCRIPTION:

Longeviti LLC is searching for a Project Manager with an active Secret clearance and at least 15 years of experience to support the United States Trade and Development Agency's (USTDA) program and administrative functions in Arlington, VA.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Project Manager shall provide program and administrative support services, primarily in support of, but not limited to, the USTDA's records management program from origination of the records through their eventual disposition and disposal. This includes overseeing activities such as:
  • Identifying, classifying, prioritizing, storing, securing, archiving, preserving, retrieving, tracking, and disposal of Agency records.
  • Providing support to the Agency related to its FOIA program, including receiving and tracking requests, updating the FOIA database, coordinating respondent documents, drafting response letters, and assisting in meeting FOIA reporting requirements.
  • Generation of data and reports, dissemination of information both internally and externally to include incoming and outgoing mail, receptionist/visitor assistance; ensure that USTDA's training center (referred to herein as the "Business Center"), conference rooms, and equipment are functional and ready for events; and the maintenance of all Agency workrooms, etc.
  • Provide support to the Office of Administration in the areas of travel, facilities, and other administrative management programs.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
  • At least 15 years of relevant work experience
  • Demonstrated strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skills
  • Experience with performance and oversight of Quality Control Programs
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Experience with administrative services like office management, records, human resources support, or procurement
  • Experience analyzing and implementing business processes
  • Experience leading projects, including creating project plans and process maps
  • Proficient in using software for data analysis, financial management, and project management
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks
  • Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, or compliance
  • Experience using data to make decisions, measure performance, and improve outcomes
  • Understanding of budget management, contractor personnel oversight, and other relevant administrative functions
  • Ability to provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV equipment during events

ADDITONAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, including Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Active Secret clearance

EDUCATION:
  • College degree required

Preferred or Desired Education (Optional depending on position requirements.)
  • Degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred
