Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software applications that meet mission-critical needs.
- Write, maintain, and enhance source code for production-level systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, XP).
- Translate business and user requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Contribute to system architecture, technical strategy, and delivery planning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges in collaborative settings.
- Apply modern development practices, including automated testing and CI/CD integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience designing, developing, or implementing software applications.
- 2+ years of experience with common programming languages or web development stacks.
- Hands-on experience writing and maintaining production-level source code.
- Background in agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or XP).
- Experience solving complex problems in team-based environments.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance .
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Proficiency with one or more: Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Node.js, C#, .NET, PHP, C/C++, or Drupal.
- Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of integrating automated testing and quality checks into development workflows.
- Active Secret clearance .
