About the Role

WiSC Enterprises is seeking a Business Operations Specialist (SME) to provide expert-level operational, administrative, and technical support to complex government programs and contracts. As a senior subject matter expert, you will bring leadership, insight, and strategic direction to some of the most demanding projects, ensuring efficient program execution and compliance with government standards.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts complex business analysis and develop concepts in support of acquisition program requirements.
  • Conduct studies, preparing impact statements, evaluating program development, collecting project documentation, data collection, providing data analysis/evaluation, migration strategy and project management regulatory compliance support.
  • Translates business mission and high-level organizational performance requirements into broad (strategic) goals, objectives, and approaches to their achievement.
  • Perform financial analysis of cost and budget related to Government mission, program goals and objectives, defense requirements analysis, organizational performance assessment, special studies and analysis, development of requirements statement or exploration of operational concepts for use in policy and decision making.
  • Provides support to the formulation, execution, analysis and evaluation of the budget of a government program.
  • Supports the development, planning, coordination and integration of accounting processes, procedures, transactions and operations.


Required Qualifications

Skills:
  • Initiating, managing and/or developing requirements from a project's inception to conclusion.
  • Provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to NASIC staff as well as detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
  • Manage studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
  • SharePoint (Site/subsite architecture, Permissions management, Administering Lists & libraries)
  • Power Automate (Deploying and administering multiple complex workflows)
  • Power BI (Developing and administering dashboards using the Power BI Service, Using Power Query to perform Extract, Translate, Load (ETL) operations, Semantic models)
  • Excel (Power Query ETL, Pivot Tables & Charts)
  • Tableau (Prep-ETL data from multiple sources, create calculations and filters for visualizations)
  • 10 years of experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or smilar programs/projects

Education:
  • Doctorate degree in a field relevant to their functional area. Twenty (20) years of work experience may be substituted for a Doctorate; or, sixteen (16) years
    of work experience plus a Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Doctorate; or, twelve (12) years of work experience plus a Master's degree may be substituted for a Doctorate.

Security:
  • Active Top Secret security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
