About the Role
We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of mission-critical cybersecurity and data analytics products. This role sits at the intersection of government programs, commercial innovation, and internal platforms. You will partner with engineering, data science, and research teams to deliver solutions that directly support national security and defense missions.
Responsibilities
Define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with customer and mission needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders (Gov clients, internal teams, BD) to translate requirements into clear product priorities.
Work closely with Engineering (VP Eng, Tech Leads) to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
Own backlog grooming, prioritization, and release planning.
Balance short-term deliverables with long-term product vision.
Ensure compliance with classified program constraints and maintain customer trust at all times.
Qualifications
Active Top Secret (TS/SCI preferred) clearance required.
5+ years of experience in Product Management in cybersecurity, data analytics, or GovTech environments.
Strong understanding of Agile/SAFe frameworks and Gov program delivery.
Proven track record of managing products through full lifecycle (concept → delivery → scaling).
Excellent communication skills — able to brief executives, engineers, and Gov clients alike.
