Koniag Management Solutions, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Product Support candidate to support KMS and our government customer at Fort Lee, VA. This position requires the candidate to obtain a Public Trust and be able to work on-site daily.
This position will support the modernization effort to optimize the DeCA supply chain and retail operations.

This position will support the modernization effort to optimize the DeCA supply chain and retail operations.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with business and technical teams to provide subject matter expertise to the Program Manager on one or more software products.
- Develop an integrated enterprise-level schedule of all support activities (deployments, training, and maintenance).
- Define customer-specific challenges and recommend solutions/strategies for the successful deployment of our products.
- Actively participate in implementation and deployment efforts.
- Track system issues that arise and work with technical support to resolve.
- Develop, update, and maintain product support documentation based on DoD 5000 series.
- Gather feedback during all implementation activities.
- Provide status reports for senior leadership.
- Provide ongoing support for the system end users.
- Become an SME on product functionality and provide support for the requirements gathering process.
- Support the product testing effort for deployments and for new product features.
- Work collaboratively with business users, vendors, the test team, and other project team members.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related area (or equivalent), and 6 to 8 years of experience in the product support field or in a related area.
- Experience working in a federal government environment is preferred but not required.
- Daily onsite work required.
Clearance Requirement:
- U. S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
