Job Description
Intelligence & Security is seeking an FMV Research Analyst to support dynamic full-motion video (FMV) operations. Senior Research Analysts must be able to work autonomously and in teams to produce advanced-level FMV intelligence products for use by senior government officials. Analysts work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, and may work nights. Candidates must have at least 15 months of experience as an FMV analyst on the MACSS-FMV-NATIONAL program. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate advanced FMV analysis ability, keen attention to detail, ability to recall past observances and apply them to analysis and analyze known intelligence and identify gaps in coverage/knowledge to investigate further. Successful candidates must have advanced knowledge of FMV exploitation software, advanced knowledge on Intelligence organizations and systems, collection and reporting systems, techniques of identifying and analyzing information.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
-10 total years of Intel-related experience; a relevant Bachelor's degree can count for 4 years, and Master's for an additional 2 years
-Attended a basic Intel course
-Ability to prepare and present briefings with creation/use of visual displays
-Ability to work rapidly in high-tempo, high-stress environment that requires multi-tasking
-Excellent oral & written skills
-Ability to compile, research, interpret, analyze, and disseminate intelligence
-Superior knowledge of intelligence collection process
-Working knowledge with ArcGIS and RemoteView or comparable ELT software
-15 months of experience as an FMV analyst in MACSS-FMV program
-Demonstrated advanced FMV analysis ability
-Demonstrated keen attention to detail
-Ability to recall past observances and apply them to analysis
-Advanced knowledge of FMV exploitation software
-Advanced knowledge on Intelligence organizations and systems, collection and reporting systems, techniques of identifying and analyzing information
-Demonstrated ability to analyze known intelligence and identify gaps in coverage/knowledge to investigate further

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
-Adjudicated polygraph
-Previous IC analytic experience
-Capable of performing geo-locational mensuration functions, extracting coordinates and positional relationships
-Maintain and use geospatial databases
-Very knowledgeable on intelligence organizations, collection, and reporting systems
-Superior knowledge of geographic and cultural aspects of foreign countries, military capabilities, and weapons systems
-Proven ability to independently design and complete analysis projects
-Knowledge of data collection and organization methodologies

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95106 - $161680

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
