We are seeking a Program Analyst to provide programmatic support related to programs for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) client. This position supports administrative and programmatic operations related to stakeholder partnership programs and activities. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a self-starter, adept at research and analysis, and eager to take on new challenges.
What you will do as a Program Analyst:
• Support administrative and programmatic operations, including providing administrative, analytical, and logistical support to business processes.
• Develop documents, reports, presentations, guidance documents, requirements, and regulations in support of the contract mission.
• Track and measure progress of program priorities, initiatives, and activities by creating and implementing appropriate data collection, reporting, and/or recordkeeping processes.
• Develop, update and maintain SharePoint sites.
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards and/or be willing to learn these skills
• Organize meetings; develop materials such as agendas and talking points; attend or preside over meetings, as needed; capture action items and monitor progress.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external personnel.
• Keep informed of the mission, organizational structure, key personnel, current activities, status of current projects, and any issues affecting the organization.
• Contribute to positive team culture and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications:
• US Citizenship (the nature of our contracts requires all employees to be US citizens).
• Currently hold, or able to obtain and maintain, DHS fitness determination.
• BA/BS degree required.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in government consulting
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with SharePoint and Power BI preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a team environment.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
