You will be the Range Maintenance Technician for our team. Our team is responsible for performing tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance, and construction.

As the Range Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair, replacement, or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling, to ensure the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives, and within established cost parameters.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications:
General knowledge in construction skills - carpentry, framing, block, electrical, plumbing, roofing, welding, metal cutting, and heavy construction operations.
- Knowledgeable with the proper operation, setup, and troubleshooting procedures on electronic and mechanical target systems. Possess the ability to learn knew skills directed at repairing and renovating damaged facilities.
Desired Skills:
License to operate grader, backhoe, excavator, bobcat skid steer, roller, front end loader, dozer, and dump truck up to 15 tons and all attachments.
- Be able to work independently, with little or no supervision.
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance, and must have an interim secret clearance prior to start so therefore all candidates must be a US Citizen.
- Be able to operate a standalone computer without assistance and display expert knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

- Implementing the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives, and within established cost parameters.
- Monitoring work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors, determining adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope, and recommending corrective actions as required.
- Ensuring that all maintenance and construction activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with established procedures and regulations.
