You will be the Operations Support Manager for our team. Our team is responsible for coordinating operational and administrative support with internal and external agencies.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Operations Support Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in coordinating operational and administrative support, providing administrative support to plan and execute Joint Readiness Exercises (JRX), and satisfying operational requirements and timelines with internal and external organizations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating operational and administrative support by liaising with internal and external agencies.
  • Providing administrative support to plan and execute Joint Readiness Exercises (JRX).
  • Providing administrative support to satisfy operational requirements and timelines with internal and external organizations.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Identifying and resolving operational and administrative issues to ensure timely and effective support.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Top Secret clearance to start.

Basic Qualifications:
Must be able to possess a Top Secret clearance.

Must possess 10+ years' experience in the following or possess applicable post-secondary degree in a related discipline.

Extensive experience providing operational support to military units.

Extensive experience coordinating operational requirements, timelines, and support with multiple directorates internal and external to the customer organization.

Must possess excellent time management, organization, administrative, oral, and written communication skills.
Desired Skills:
Former experience supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces.

Former experience as a DoD contractor.

Bachelor's degree in operations management, supply chain management, or Logistics related discipline.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Non- standard 40 hour work week as assigned by leader
