Strategos Training and Services specializes in non-personal support services, professional instruction, training analysis, training plan development, and curriculum development.
Strategos is seeking a Program Manager in pursuit of a government contract.
Performance Location: Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD)
Hours of Work:
The contractor is expected to work a normal 40-hour week to provide support Monday to Friday during normal working hours of 0700 to 1700
Requirements:
a) Nine (9) years of progressively responsible professional experience and demonstrated experience in managing and directing the efforts of diverse task teams in a dynamic environment
b) A thorough understanding of the goals, aims, and technical complexities of undersea and surface mine countermeasure SMCM systems (or U.S. Navy equivalent systems) being developed, modified, or supported by the U.S. Navy
c) Knowledge of the complexities and requirements associated with management of delivery order type engineering support and or maintenance services contracts.
d) Working knowledge of Navy acquisition processes, major systems testing and In-Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) requirements.
e) Five (5) years of experience with UMS or related LCS programs
