Must Haves:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

• Experience in the following fields of Operational Excellence:
• Understanding of lean principles around pull systems, mix/max controls, etc.
• One Piece Flow or Pull System manufacturing flow
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• 5S+1 Visual Factory
• Sales Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP)
• Gemba implementation
• Demonstrated MRP/MES System adherence
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2015; AS9100D and QMS adherence
• Aerospace & Defense electronics experience, high speed factory experience a plus
• Working knowledge and experience in Earned Value Management and/or comprehensive estimate-at-complete (EAC) establishment and analysis

Job Description:
The Transition to Manufacturing Project Manager will act as the Primary Operations leader for the project to oversee a design project from prototype to full-scale high-speed manufacturing within the Camden site. They will work with Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program Management, and Sector Resources to align manufacturing capabilities with the program need.

This individual will report directly to the Operations Division leader and have dotted-line reporting to the Program Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for developing schedule and daily execution and reporting status to Operations and Program Leadership
• Work with Technical Leads to Design for Manufacturing. Process feedback from Manufacturing and Test Engineering teams to Program team.
• Attend Customer meetings and reviews as necessary, and act as Operations Lead during Design Reviews.
• Facilitate Operations, Manufacturing and Quality participation in design development to identify and address manufacturability, testability and inspect ability issues
• Collaborate with Program Management, Supply Chain, and other functional organizations across the program
• Lead the organization in the development and implementation of operating philosophies and business strategies
• Visit other manufacturing sites to review best practices.
• Develop, implement and sustain success metrics, incorporating best practices
• Experience with manufacturing of Circuit Card Assemblies (CCAs)
