Senior Program Analyst

Data Intelligence, LLC is seeking a skilled Senior Program Analyst with expertise in IT and network acquisition, planning, and program cost analysis to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) IT Infrastructure Operations and Support Services in Dahlgren, VA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise architecture, integrated logistics support, and providing strategic analysis for IT programs within a DoD environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support IT and network acquisition efforts, including analysis, planning, and integration of complex systems.
• Provide program cost analysis, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for IT infrastructure projects.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture models and strategies to align IT systems with business goals and technical requirements.
• Support integrated logistics efforts, ensuring systems are efficiently managed throughout their lifecycle.
• Provide detailed analysis of program requirements, objectives, and cost estimation to ensure projects are on track.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and completion of IT programs.
• Support the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership, outlining program status, challenges, and recommendations.

Required Experience:

• Six (6) years of professional experience in IT and network acquisition, analysis, and program management.
• Proven experience in:
  • Enterprise architecture development and planning
  • Integrated logistics support for IT systems and networks
  • Program cost analysis and resource allocation
  • Understanding of IT project lifecycle management and cost estimation

Required Certifications (IAM Level III):

Candidate must possess at least one of the following:

• CISM
• CISSP (or Associate)
• GSLC
• CCISO

Security Clearance:

• Secret (Active)
