Led by Elon Musk and a team behind groundbreaking innovations (GPT-4, SimCLR, Adam optimizer, and more), we’re seeking hands-on engineers passionate about solving real-world problems in government and enterprise contexts.
What you’ll do:
Partner with federal and enterprise customers on mission-critical AI solutions.
Design, build, and deploy secure, scalable LLM-powered software.
Benchmark and fine-tune models to meet stringent compliance standards.
Drive product strategy, build internal tooling, and refine SDKs for developers.
Collaborate in a flat, high-performing team where initiative = leadership.
What we’re looking for:
2+ years software engineering experience in high-reliability / security environments.
Strong coding, problem-solving, and adaptability in fast-paced, regulated settings.
Exceptional communication skills to engage directly with government stakeholders.
U.S. citizenship + active top security clearance required.
