Work You'll Do:

The Scrum Master/Business Analyst facilitates Agile development processes within the team, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement. This role guides the team in adhering to Scrum principles and practices, removes obstacles to progress, and fosters a culture of transparency and accountability. You will work closely with product owners and stakeholders to maximize value delivery, coaches team members on Agile methodologies, and drives successful project completion through iterative development cycles.
  • Guide the functional team in requirements gathering for applications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for functional requirements, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document needs.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
  • Lead the team in solution design, configuration, and testing activities.
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coach team members on Agile best practices, promoting a high-performing, self-organizing team environment.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, technical leads, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution.
  • Track and report on team performance, sprint progress, and key metrics.

Qualifications

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or IT project management, real world experience managing technical teams.
  • SAFe Agile Certification and hands-on experience managing SAFe Agile teams.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
  • Ability to travel 20-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:
  • Masters Degree
  • Scrum Master Certified
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective stakeholder and team interaction.
  • Deep understanding of the relevant business domain and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Strong analytical skills for understanding business requirements and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.
  • Experience leading development teams for Dynamics products/PowerApps.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $150,000.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
