Work You'll Do
As a Project Delivery Specialist on the project, you will:
- Design and development of robust ETL pipelines using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
- Drive data modeling efforts to support scalable and efficient data architecture.
- Execute large-scale data migration initiatives across multiple systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate RMS business processes.
- Contribute to the decommissioning of siloed systems and integration into a unified platform.
- Ensure high-quality data mapping and transformation aligned with business requirements.
- Optimize data workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce latency

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5 years of experience in implementing packaged software applications or hands-on experience with packaged software applications. Strong knowledge of relational database concepts and client-server architectures. Strong hands on experience in full software life cycle development methodologies, with hands-on experiences in the successful delivery of more than 3 software solutions using Agile.
- 5+ years of IT Software Solution development experience;
- 3+ years of recent Appian Cloud development experience;
- 2+ years working writing test scripts, to include using FitNesse test case and script automation and/or similar tools in Appian context
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be willing and able to obtain a government security clearance.
- Ability to travel 10-20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
