Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is seeking experienced Intelligence Analysts to support our dynamic, mission-focused client program located in Bethesda, Maryland. The program provides an opportunity to collaborate with a diverse group of individuals across the Intelligence Community (IC), and directly contribute to processes that shape government policy. The candidate will conduct in-depth research, perform rigorous time-sensitive analysis, and distill this analysis into actionable insights.

The Intelligence Analyst professional will provide strong research and analytic writing skills and be comfortable working at a high operational tempo. The candidate will support policymakers on issues of national security concern and will search and compile various forms of data, synthesize and analyze information, coordinate findings with IC peers, and deliver written intelligence products that enable national-level decision-making. Candidates are being sought that have expertise in:
  • Threat Finance / Economic Security
  • Climate / Health Security
  • Transnational Organized Crime
  • Counterintelligence
  • Counterproliferation
  • Regional / Geographic Issues (i.e., China, Russia, or Southwest Asia)

Required Qualifications

  • US Citizenship is required.
  • Active TS/SCI with Counterintelligence Polygraph clearance.
  • Experience with writing Finished INTEL products.
  • Experience analyzing and communicating events of national intelligence interest.
  • Experience manipulating various classified and open-source databases.
  • Experience collecting and analyzing intelligence reports, to include GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and others.
  • Experience manipulating data (i.e., Boolean logic searches) to pull out pertinent information for intelligence products.

Senior Level
  • Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience OR Master's degree with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Compensation: $97,400 - $152,225

SME Level
  • Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of prior relevant experience OR Master's degree with 10+ years of prior relevant experience.
  • Compensation: $117,800- $184,100

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with managing multiple time sensitive deliverables.
  • Knowledge and practical applications of Intelligence Community Directives 203 and 206.
  • Experience working in the IC and coordinating with multiple IC partners to develop and deliver reports.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

USD $97,400.00 - USD $184,100.00 /Yr.
