By managing schedules efficiently, this role will allow Supervisors and Coordinators to focus on quality assurance, personnel management, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for role player assignments.
- Coordinate scenario training sessions, vacations, cancellations, and last-minute scheduling changes.
- Ensure clear and timely communication of scheduling updates to relevant personnel.
- Track attendance and scheduling conflicts to ensure proper coverage.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and scheduling software to maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with the Role Player Supervisor to adjust schedules based on operational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other scheduling software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to adapt to last-minute changes and problem-solve scheduling conflicts.
- Must pass a background check.
- Previous experience in scheduling, administrative support, or logistics preferred.
