Oracle HCM VBCS Developer (17149)

Baer is looking for Oracle HCM VBCS Developer for a 6 month Federal Remote Project.

Title: Oracle HCM VBCS Developer
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C

Description:

• Design, develop, test, debug, and implement custom applications using Oracle Visual Builder (VB).
• Build VBCS applications that extend functionality across Oracle HCM Cloud modules like Core HR, Benefits, and others.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Write clear and detailed technical design documents for all VBCS developments.
• Follow and enforce best practices for Visual Builder development, deployment, and performance optimization.
• Ensure developed applications are responsive, secure, and user-friendly.

Requirements:

• Oracle Cloud Visual Builder (VBCS) experience
• Oracle HSM Cloud experience
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end customization
• Understanding of Oracle Cloud architecture and HCM data models
• Exposure to REST APIs and integrating with HCM Cloud services
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development teams
