Description:
- Provide consultative support to clients implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
- Understand and translate customer needs into scalable technical solutions
- Drive discussions on transformation, customer journey, and application design
- Design, develop, document, and test integrations to/from Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party systems
- Build integrations using Oracle HCM Extracts, BI Publisher (BIP), and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Utilize Oracle HCM APIs for custom integrations and automation
- Collaborate with functional teams to align technology solutions with business requirements
- Ensure integration solutions follow best practices, security standards, and compliance needs
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS/OIC)
- 3+ years of experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Strong experience creating HCM Extracts and using Oracle HCM APIs
- Proficiency in developing reports using BI Publisher (BIP)
- Experience working with cloud-based middleware and PaaS solutions
- Understanding of HCM data models and integration architecture
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, XML/JSON transformations
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments
