One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking a Case Management Support Specialist to provide professional case management, administrative, and records management support in accordance with a Government Client. This role will be responsible for supporting the processing, tracking, documentation, and reporting of case files and requests, ensuring compliance with all applicable policies and procedures. The Case Management Support Specialist will work closely with leadership, stakeholders, and Government Information Specialists to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.
Case Management Support Specialist Responsibilities:
-Receive, analyze, and enter incoming requests into the Case Management System (CMS) in a timely and accurate manner
-Provide acknowledgment of receipt, ensure proper categorization, and track requests throughout their lifecycle
-Maintain responsive and professional stakeholder communication, including status updates and notification of missing elements
-Prepare and organize case folders and associated documentation to support government reviews and decision-making
-Manage the disposition of adjudication records in compliance with DoD retention schedules and applicable regulations
-Provide administrative support to FOI/PA Office leadership, including roster maintenance, award package support, and other office tasks
-Develop and maintain accurate documentation and artifacts for executive-level briefings and detailed operational use
-Monitor case workflows and generate regular performance reports on processing times, request volumes, and compliance metrics
-Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness
-Support the planning, organization, and tracking of service delivery for vacancies, hiring actions, issues, and high-level schedules
Case Management Support Specialist Qualifications:
-Active DoD Top Secret clearance required
-U.S. Citizenship and fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
-Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in case management, administrative support, or records management within a federal or DoD environment
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Project, Access), Adobe Acrobat, and SharePoint
-Familiarity with ServiceNow or other task/case management systems preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor information for both executive and detailed technical audiences
-Experience developing reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting compliance requirements
