Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or the Naval Aviation Enterprise (NAE) with 3 years of specialized experience with CNAF/CNAFR F-16 concept of operations.

Position Description: A dynamic and analytical Aviation Program Manager with comprehensive experience in program support (F-16 a plus), contractor oversight, and maintenance logistics. Expert in contract management, analyzing manpower and readiness data to provide senior leadership with actionable insights that directly enhance operational availability. Proven ability to foster collaboration between government and contractor teams to achieve strategic goals within the Naval Sustainment System framework.

Job Responsibilities

Program Management: Serve as the primary liaison for the F-16 adversary program office (PMA-226) Aircraft Maintenance & Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Contract Field Teams (CFT) contracts at NAS Fallon. Monitoring contractor performance in accordance with multiple Performance Work Statements (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), and the timely submission of all Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Coordinating all aspects of site activations, manpower evaluations, transitions, aircraft transfers.
Reporting: Provide narrative reports to support senior-level decision-making.
Aircraft Maintenance & Manpower Optimization: Analyze aviation maintenance and the associated manpower requirements based on experience and core competencies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Cultivate a collaborative partnership between contractor personnel, Military, and PMA-226, proactively managing communication to ensure stakeholder alignment with customer requirements.

Salary:
The projected salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on experience and contractual requirements.
