Vetting Supervisor| Saudi Arabia | Secret
Position Summary:
Play a vital role in the initial adjudication background investigation for the credentialing and annual vetting of personnel with access to U.S. missions within KSA.
Responsibilities:
• Manage personnel assigned to CEVC, interview adjudication/vetting schedule, maintain records databases on Non-classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPR) and SIPR.
• Liaise with DoD Intelligence organization in support of Tier 1 background investigations for Foreign Nationals.
• Conduct interviews in accordance with HSPD-12 directives, Security Executive Agent Directive 4, and Army Regulation (AR) 380-67 (Army Personnel Security) for a Tier 1 background investigation for CAC access.
• Conduct screenings in accordance with applicable United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) and United States Army Central Command (USARCENT) security directives and the established standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Conduct research on available Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) databases to develop a questioning plan prior to the conduct of the interview.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be a DoD Civilian equivalent of Air Force Officer of Special Investigations, Naval Criminal Investigative Service, Army Counterintelligence, Army Criminal Investigations Division, or USAF Air Force Specialty Code (AFSC) 3P0X1 (Security Forces), US Army MOS 35L/M, 180A, 18F, 35E, 35F, or any DoD credentialed intelligence occupation.
• Minimum four years of experience in the field.
• Supervisors must be proficient in written communication and possess the ability to use Microsoft Word/PowerPoint/Excel/Teams.
• Supervisors must have experience with SIPR, data mining, data analysis, intelligence reporting, intelligence analysis, screening, risk management, record keeping and investigative questioning techniques.
• Supervisors will be knowledgeable of Foreign Intelligence Entity/International Terrorist Organizations methods for targeting DoD personnel while traveling. Supervisors will be knowledgeable of Foreign Clerance Guide procedures as it applies to DoD Civilians.
• Secret clearance
