Job Description

Summary
Under the direction of the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) Lead, the CSC Customer Service
Representative is responsible for supporting daily operations related to customer service, classified
reproduction of materials, courier services, inbound and outbound shipping of small parcel and freight,
consumable supply management, and classified material destruction.
Scope
This position serves as an entry level customer service representative within the CSC. The CSC
representative is responsible for providing an array of customer driven on demand services within a secure
government facility.
Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities Include but are limited to:
• Work independently, or as part of a team, to provide world class material handling support
• Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality
• Perform distribution-related functions (receiving, storing, shipping, and building of loads)
• Adhere to all site safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance of OSHA regulations; report
incidents immediately to supervisor
• Perform customer service activities to include but not limited to, answering telephones, communicating
with site customers, carrier representatives and drivers
• Greet and handle all customer requests at the CSC walk-up storefront
• Deliver and pick-up all official US Mail and local site parcels as required
• Sort and distribute any material requiring dissemination to personnel
• Operate classified destruction equipment
• Provide reproduction, publishing, and binding services
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, automated pallet wrapper, dollies/carts, and other critical equipment, with
guidance and direction from the CSC and Warehouse Leads
FLUOR PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
• Maintain material management and receiving logs
• Complete shipping documentation and receipts per site standard operating procedures
• Input information into software programs (such as SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.)
• Organize and maintain files
• Understand and apply fundamental mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and
division)
• Demonstrate strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous process improvement
• Support other elements of the Fluor Logistics Team as directed
• Other duties as assigned

Basic Job Requirements
• A combination of education and directly related experience equal to two (2) years*; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner

• Reach with hands and arms, extending arms forward and above the head
• Climb ladders and stairs, and perform work at heights
• Lift and carry 35 pounds of material
• Must demonstrate basic computer knowledge (I.e., ability to use email, internet, Microsoft Office products such as Word and Excel, to effectively conduct company business on the program). Some positions may require an increased level of computer knowledge, depending on the required duties of the position.
Preferred Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent appropriate General Certificates of Secondary Education or global
equivalent
• Two (2) years of experience in customer service
• Two (2) years of experience in Logistics
