Job Description
Our Electronic Systems Field Service Representatives (FSR) make a profound difference as "We Protect Those that Protect Us®". If you have a strong Avionics core or Electronic Warfare (EW) background and commitment to support our Limited Interim Missile Warning System (LIMWS) field systems, these new FSR opportunities will be personally and professionally rewarding. Our FSR's will work closely with our US Army Aviation units to provide technical and logistical support to the LIMWS systems installed on Rotary (Helicopter) Aircraft. If you are a Self-Starter, Customer Oriented, Articulate Communicator and want to demonstrate your strong Organizational and or Intermediate IREW electrical troubleshooting, fiber optics maintenance and fault isolation abilities this position is right for you.

The LIMWS FSR(s) will provide technical support as required by the LIMWS Program Office. The field assignment for this position will be on site at (US Army Airfields) (CENTCOM) sites and WILL require the candidate to travel to CENTCOM in support of LIMWS efforts for a period of approximately one year or more. This Field Service Representative assignment and opportunity is for a dynamic Field Engineer to demonstrate, grow and contribute their knowledge and expertise in developing LIMWS Maintenance Support and Logistics Concept of Operations (CONOPS) and be the central engineering interface to the field.

The successful Field Service Engineers (FSR) will perform Organizational and limited Intermediate Maintenance Level LIMWS technical support (Hot Mockup and on Aircraft) in the field for an anticipated one-year assignment as directed by the Program Office. Our LIMWS FSR must be willing and able to successfully complete the CRC syllabus/qualifications (training/medical/dental) in support of CENTCOM travel requirements. Successful candidate must possess strong Organizational and or Intermediate EW, IR, RF electrical troubleshooting, maintenance and fault isolation abilities. Perform engineering tasks and systems OJT Training associated with ASE, EW mission support requirements, systems integration, debugging, functional analysis of EW system interface and on-board systems communications utilizing VME/1553/BIT technology. Knowledge of aircraft EW Systems sweep utilizing Test Equipment is also required. Serve as the on-site focal point between military aviation maintenance and the BAE Systems program engineering team for LIMWS related technical/logistics matters.

Our LIMWS FSR(s) must be able to read/understand aircraft wiring diagrams, support fiber optics troubleshooting/repair, schematics and Technical Publications. Successful candidate will be trained on LIMWS EW systems at a BAE Systems Facility or on site at US Army Airfield. Additional Assignment Premiums and travel compensation apply for Field supported locations.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Excellent Communications skills and experience working with military and government customers and other contractor personnel at all levels. Customer Focused-Team Oriented; Strong organizational ability to work individually or as part of an IPT Team.
  • Experience and Proficiency using Microsoft Office Products
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • Current US Passport or qualified to obtain passport
  • Flexible Travel Schedule; Self-Starter; International Travel Required
  • Willing/Qualified to deploy. CRC Qualified (Medical/Dental etc) for travel to CENTCOM Assignment

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $77809 - $132275

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
