We are currently seeking a talented and motivated UX/UI Expert for a Full-Time position.
Job Description
We are seeking a UX/UI Expert to design and build intuitive, accessible, and responsive user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create workflows, prototypes, and style guides that deliver exceptional user experiences. This role requires both creative design skills and a strong understanding of modern front-end frameworks and accessibility standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and behavior.
• Design responsive, mobile-first interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, workflows, and interactive prototypes for new features and products.
• Ensure WCAG/508 accessibility compliance across all designs and deliverables.
• Create and maintain style guides, design systems, and component libraries to ensure brand consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into modern frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Conduct usability tests, analyze feedback, and iterate to improve user experience.
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to enhance the product's visual and functional quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3-5 years of experience in UX/UI design and development.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Knowledge of API integration workflows to inform design decisions.
• Proven ability to design for accessibility (WCAG 2.1, Section 508).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design decisions.
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking and high-quality UI/UX deliverables.
Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with motion design or micro-interactions to enhance user experience.
• Experience with design tokens or advanced design system management.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and working within cross-functional teams.
