Salary Range: $200,000-$250,000
Overview
The ISCM Lead Architect provides technical leadership in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with federal continuous monitoring programs. This role ensures integration with DHS CDM requirements, NIST standards, and Department of Energy security objectives , enabling continuous visibility, compliance, and risk reduction in mission-critical environments.

Overview
The ISCM Lead Architect provides technical leadership in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise cybersecurity architectures aligned with federal continuous monitoring programs. This role ensures integration with DHS CDM requirements, NIST standards, and Department of Energy security objectives , enabling continuous visibility, compliance, and risk reduction in mission-critical environments.
Core Capabilities
- Develop and i mplement enterprise cybersecurity architectures supporting ISCM and CDM programs.
- Align security solutions with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-137).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement agency -wide security requirements.
- Lead integration of monitoring, detection, and reporting tools into enterprise environments.
- Provide technical oversight for policies, procedures, dashboards, and metrics supporting ISCM effectiveness.
- U.S. Citizenship .
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE "L" clearance or DoD Secret clearance with reciprocity
- Demonstrated expertise with NIST SP 800-53 and NIST SP 800-137 .
- Experience designing and integrating enterpr ise cybersecurity solutions in support of continuous monitoring.
- Ability to translate compliance and mission requirements into practical architectures.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with IT, cybersecurity teams, and federal stakeholders.
- Familiarit y with OT/ICS cybersecurity and critical infrastructure environments.
- Experience with CDM reporting and metrics development .
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, DoDAF ).
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Splunk, ServiceNow, or vulnerability management tools .
- Cloud security design knowl edge (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Industry certifications (CISSP, TOGAF, SABSA).
- Strong communication and leadership skills for engaging executives and technical staff.
