The Low-Code/No-Code Developer is responsible for building applications using platforms that minimize or eliminate traditional coding; and helping to accelerate the organization's digital transformation by creating functional tools quickly and efficiently.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build, configure, and improve low-code/no-code applications to meet NTIA requirements, ensuring functionality, usability, and security.
- Manage and optimize low-code/no-code platforms, including updates, integrations, and system performance monitoring.
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline business processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance efficiency.
- Provide guidance, documentation, and training aids to promote effective use of low-code/no-code tools.
- Ensure all low-code/no-code solutions align with federal, Department and NTIA IT policies, security regulations, and organizational standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (Education/Skills/Experience):
- Active DoD Secret clearance required!
- Certifications: Desired certifications in Security+ or similar certification.
- Education: Minimum bachelor's degree in software engineering/development or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience.
- Systems Tools Familiarity:
- Jira, ServiceNow, SharePoint, CloudFlare, GitHub, Salesforce
- Sentinel One, Splunk, Tenable and Cloudflare for vulnerability management, and Continuous Monitoring
- Additional Experience Desired:
- Familiarity with FISMA, NIST, OMB, and other federal cybersecurity compliance standards.
- Experience working with DOC or similar federal agencies.
- Written and verbal communications skills. This includes updating SOPs and technical documents.
