Mayvin is seeking a highly skilled Electronic Warfare (EW) Radar Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide technical expertise and operational insight in support of U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) at Ft. Bragg, NC. The position applies in-depth knowledge of radar systems, radar signal processing, and electronic warfare tactics to advance mission-critical programs. This position requires extensive hands-on experience with radar systems, electronic countermeasures (ECM), and counter-radar operations to ensure survivability and mission success across multi-domain environments.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for radar systems, electronic attack (EA), and electronic support (ES) in the EW domain.
- Analyze, evaluate, and develop EW capabilities to counter hostile radar systems, including threat detection, jamming, and deception techniques.
- Provide radar system performance modeling, simulation, and analysis for both offensive and defensive EW applications.
- Conduct threat radar assessments and recommend effective countermeasure strategies.
- Support requirements development, acquisition, integration, and test/evaluation of EW radar systems.
- Deliver technical briefings, documentation, and recommendations to senior leadership and operational units.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate radar EW capabilities into C5ISR architectures and joint/coalition operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field; Masters preferred.
- Minimum of 16 years of experience in Electronic Warfare with specific emphasis on radar systems.
- Proven expertise in radar system design, radar cross section (RCS), radar waveforms, and electronic countermeasures (ECM).
- Experience with EW modeling and simulation tools, threat radar analysis, and countermeasure development.
- Familiarity with U.S. and foreign radar/EW systems, doctrine, and operational employment.
- Strong technical writing and presentation skills for senior-level decision makers.
