  • Implement corrective actions to address discrepancies found during audits.
  • Perform physical inspections of equipment and inventory to verify accountability, condition, and dispose as needed.
  • Document findings and update systems accordingly.
  • Investigate and document non-conformance issues in accordance with established procedures.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely corrective actions are completed.

  • Recommend and implement process enhancements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Assist in developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics and inventory management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Secret clearance
  • 7+ years of logistics, supply chain, or inventory management experience (preferably within a DoD or USMC environment).
  • Proficiency with Remedy or similar enterprise ticketing/logistics management systems.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present findings clearly.
  • Knowledge of quality control, audit processes, and inventory management principles.
  • Experience with Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective action procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN) logistics procedures and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas) or other data analysis tools.
