Division: Potowatomi Defense Operations, LLC

Clearance: This position requires an Active Secret Clearance

Position Summary

Potawatomi Defense Operations, LLC (a federal government contractor) seeks a qualified full-time Program Manager (PM) with a Secret clearance to work on-site at the Rapid Development Integration Facility (RDIF), Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The PM will be responsible for managing assigned projects/tasks in support of the RDIF support contract. The PM will have the responsibility of ensuring the contractor and sub-contractors are meeting cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements. The PM will ensure all work is performed IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and meet customer satisfaction criterion.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop the teaming arrangements, pricing, staffing, and technical performance approach for task orders for the RDIF at Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

  • Keep government PMs informed and provide timely and accurate information on task progress.

  • Manage complex sub-contractor team relationships to include teaming agreements and sub-contracts.

  • Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules as well as develop solutions to program problems.

  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

  • Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction with Contractor and subcontractor team performance.

  • Work with the Contractor proposal center in preparing task order proposals to include writing portions of the proposal.

  • Support RDIF business development activities to include meeting with potential customers and developing and presenting Contractor capability briefings.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.



Required Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • BS/BA in management, engineering, or related field with 10 yrs. experience, or Associate's degree with 15 yrs. experience
  • Five years' DOD Acquisition program management experience.


Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:
  • Must be highly qualified in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be familiar with current International Organization for Standardization (ISO) industry standards.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.)
  • Capable of passing background investigation and periodic drug testing.


Additional Qualifying Factors:
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States (proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment).
  • Possess a valid driver's license (any state), ability to operate a motor vehicle, able to provide clean driving record and current vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Eligible for access onto military installations following background and security checks.
  • Flexibility with work schedule is mandatory because it impacts the ability to support and serve military.


Working Environment:

  • Travel may be required.

  • Shift: M-F, 0700-1630 hrs., 40 hrs./week.

  • Low impact, office setting.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
