Qualifications
• Must be a US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph requirement to start and be maintained
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages
• Experience with Tableau
• Excellent data storytelling skills and the ability to transform complex data sets into actionable insights
• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with predictive modeling
• Experience collecting, processing, and analyzing large data sets using various analytical tools and techniques
• Design, create, and maintain dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate key business metrics and insights
• Develop reports and presentations to illustrate data trends and insights to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for reports and analyses
• Conduct statistical analysis on data to ensure correct predictive forecasting or classification
• Develop, inspect, mine, transform, and model data to raise productivity and improve decision-making
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by performing regular audits and data validation checks
• Provide expertise in data analysis and best practices
• Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in data analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset
• Experience briefing senior management on data insights
• Relevant certifications in data analysis or visualization will be a plus
