Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package.

- Actively managing stakeholders to keep projects on track, enhancing team synergy, and limiting disruptions. The position requires identifying stakeholders, analyzing documentation, conducting interviews, and determining project expectations.
- Facilitating and mediating to identify recurring and systemic issues to provide clients with information and solutions.
- Successful stakeholder management should result in expectation management, resolved project issues, change management techniques, and a robust lessons-learned process based on stakeholder feedback.

- Focus on overseeing day-to-day processes while supporting strategic objectives and driving operational excellence through effective stakeholder engagement and facilitation of cross-functional activities.

- Coordinating cross-functional projects
- Developing and implementing operational policies
- Managing various projects and resources
- Design and facilitate productive meetings, workshops, and collaborative sessions
- Develop and implement comprehensive stakeholder engagement strategies
- Identify, analyze, and manage stakeholder expectations and concerns
- Create clear communication channels between project teams and stakeholders
- Develop management artifacts and documentation to support engagement activities

Required Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS), including significant experience working with CMS Senior Leadership on multiple Programs and Initiatives. Understanding of the CMS culture especially when managing agency-wide initiatives that cross organizations and levels within organizations.
- Experience providing stakeholder engagement and facilitation responsibilities for federal clients in sizable organizations such as Groups and/or Divisions. In this capacity also responsible for cross-coordination of project management details between federal staff and multi-contractor organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal client Senior Leadership stakeholder engagement, facilitation, or related roles
- Proven track record of successful stakeholder relationship management
- Strong facilitation and meeting management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with conflict resolution and consensus building
- Project management, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience or certification preferred
- Proficiency in stakeholder analysis methodologies
