As the Quality Control Manager, this individual will ensure that the organization's products and services consistently meet established standards by designing, implementing, and monitoring robust quality control systems, procedures, and testing protocols. In this role, the individual will inspect products, analyze data to identify improvements, and manage a team of QC staff. When necessary, the Quality Control Manager will oversee regulatory compliance and thoroughly investigate user complaints. Additionally, the Quality Control Manager will be integral in establishing, operating, and utilizing a Quality Management System (QMS) solution to support the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Creates custom reports, tests and inspects materials that meet QA/QC requirements and workflows, and ongoing quality of products and services
- Designs and implements quality management systems (QMS), policies, and procedures.
- Oversees the testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Collects, analyzes, and summarizes quality data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensures that products and processes comply with all applicable industry and regulatory standards and guidelines
- Ensures QA and QC requirements are captured and documented across Directorate, stakeholder, and end-user boundaries
- Trains, coaches, and mentors Technicians in QA/QC measures. Develop testing and inspection material, when required
- Interacts with internal and external customers
- Provides data and reporting of KPI's and trends to program management and COR on a daily, weekly, monthly or as-needed basis
- Provides ticket trending analysis and develop strategies for improvement
- Monitors and manages Service Level Agreements to set expectations and measure performance
- Develops an effective and workable framework for managing and improving customer support in the organization
- Advises management on situations that may require additional support or escalation
- Manages processes for communicating outage/emergency activities
- Reviews customer satisfaction feedback to improve services, tools, and support experience
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- BA/BS (degree in Computer Science/Management preferred) and 5 years of related skills and experience is required
- Must have and maintain Secret Clearance
- Current SEC+ Certification
- Ability to work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment, develop strong working relationships across organizations
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and produce concise technical documentation
- Strong analytical and leadership skills, and experience in quality control processes
Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience.
- PMP or Agile or ITIL certification preferred
- Domain knowledge of the Recruiting/Accessioning systems and data
- Domain knowledge of the Recruiting and Accession processes
- Prior experience in Army Recruiting is beneficial
