We are looking for you to join our team as a Principal Technical Services Project Management / Sr. Principal Technical Services Project Management based out of Salt Lake City, UT. This position is fully on-site at the Salt Lake City, UT facility.

This position may be filled as a Principal Technical Services Project Management or Sr. Principal Technical Services Project Management.

Primary Level Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.

What you'll get to do:
- Project Management in a Manufacturing environment.
- Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
- Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
- Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
- Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
- Meet mission and assignment objectives as required.

- Experience creating, maintaining, and manipulating Microsoft Office Suite Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
- Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management (RSKOM).
- Experience facilitating customers, stakeholder engagements, and meetings.
- Experience interfacing and presenting to multiple levels of employees and leadership.
- Experience in Project Management.
- US Citizenship Required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
Basic Qualifications for the Sr. Principal Technical Services Project Management:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field with 8 years of experience; 6 Years with Masters.
- Experience creating, maintaining, and manipulating Microsoft Office Suite Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project).
- Experience with Risk and Opportunity Management (RSKOM).
- Experience facilitating customers, stakeholder engagements, and meetings.
- Experience interfacing and presenting to multiple levels of employees and leadership.
- Experience in Project Management.
