Description:Production Control Integrator managing workflow for F-35 HT & VT, and F-22 Canopy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Secret Security Clearance must be obtainable and is required for the position.
- Remove all production constraints to enable successful completion of scheduled work, coordinating with SCM, Planning, Engineering, Quality, MRP, ect.
- Work with SCM to track and expedite material shortages
- Schedule and coordinate Production Floor priorities to ensure all customer needs are being worked.
- Tracking and execution of action plans to eliminate MAR Make shortages.
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators related to MMAS/Production Control shop floor activities for parts movement and requirement planning.
- This position will require an excess of a 40 hour work week, and periodic weekend support.
- Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access

Basic Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of SAP (MRP) or equivalent ERP system
- Microsoft Office computer skills (Excel, Word, Access, etc.)
Desired Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Working knowledge in Apriso and Quality Action Document System (QADS)
- Working knowledge in Shop Floor Manager (SFM)
- Kitting related to production control disciplines
- Working knowledge of shop floor disciplines and manufacturing flow
- Working knowledge of Master Schedule for support of aircraft delivery
- Must be innovative and pro-active in the area of continuous improvement
- Ability to challenge the status quo, multi-task, and coordinate shortage meetings and drive issues to closure
- Experience in a Union Environment
- Knowledge of Fabrication Build Process
- Knowledge of supporting Production activities with the ability to process unscheduled work
- Knowledge of components built by SCM and process flow to Marietta
- Knowledge of MMAS compliance
