As a Staff Business Operations Analyst supporting the Dynamic Targeting & Surveillance Systems portfolio, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial and operational health of high-visibility programs. This position offers the opportunity to work across a wide scope of responsibilities, from financial analysis and business planning to performance tracking and strategic decision support. You will collaborate closely with program leadership and cross-functional teams to drive fiduciary excellence, adapt to evolving business needs, and deliver results that align with Lockheed Martin's long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Dynamic Targeting & Surveillance Systems program portfolio by providing financial and business operations expertise.

- Lead the preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial data to program leadership and stakeholders.

- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure fiduciary objectives are achieved.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and align financial strategy with program goals.

- Identify risks and opportunities, recommend mitigation strategies, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

- Provide guidance on business planning, cost analysis, and resource allocation in support of dynamic program requirements.

- Contribute to strategic initiatives, special projects, and evolving business priorities as assigned.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining compliance with corporate policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with financial modeling and use of analytical skills

- Experience with US DoD contracts and regulations

- Experience working and collaborating in a close team environment

- Interim Secret
Desired Skills:
- Able to present brief executive and customer stakeholders

- Familiarity with LM F&BO functions and their interrelatedness
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
