Description:You will be the Inspector Senior for the PAC-3 Canister Team. Our team is responsible for supporting the production of PAC-3 Canisters, and you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of these products.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Inspector Senior, you will be responsible for leading inspection activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work closely with the production team to ensure that products meet the required specifications and are delivered to customers on time.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Lead inspection activities for PAC-3 Canister production, including planning, coordinating, and executing inspections
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, specifications, and procedures
- Identify and document defects or non-conformities, and work with the production team to resolve issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality, to ensure that products meet quality and reliability standards
- Develop and implement inspection procedures and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and production personnel on inspection techniques and quality standards
- Analyze inspection data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED equivalent
-Familiarity with production planning/specifications, drawing/blueprint reading.
Desired Skills:
-Knowledge and / or experience with SAP
-Knowledge of Defect Documentation
-Prior Inspection experience
-Production experience a plus
-Familiar with Part Drawing interpretation and dimensional tolerancing
-Microsoft Office suite experience desired
-Strong teaming ability and effective communication
skills
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
