As the Senior System Business Analyst, this individual will design and implement processes and procedures, conduct quality assessments to ensure compliance and performance, and evaluate business solutions and operations. In this role, the Senior System Business Analyst will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Additionally, as the Senior System Business Analyst, this individual will coordinate with leadership, department heads and IT support personnel to streamline processes and increase productivity among employees.

Responsibilities:
- Develops and analyzes reports, research, establishing processes and reviewing operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with leadership and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on their analysis
- Develops standard operating procedures and quality assessment and control processes
- Gathers and analyzes data for potential business and operational process development
- Identifies specific opportunities to improve processes and procedures
- Influences stakeholders to support operational projects
- Assists with project management for selected projects
- Coordinates with cross-departmental and division teams to produce better project outcomes
- Tests business and operational processes and recommend improvements
- Converts roadmap features into smaller user stories that are easier to complete
- Develops reports of actionable information for organizational decision-makers
- Write clear and well-structured project and process requirements/documents
- Creates reports, dashboards, and visualizations to understand operational performance
- Analyzes process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
- Communicates and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders
- Develops and maintain reporting tools
- Performs data discovery, analysis, and modeling
- Collaborates with leadership and project managers on roadmap planning and prioritization
- Performs all other tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications/Education and Experience:
- BA/BS Degree (degree in Computer Science/Management preferred) or 10 years of related skills and experience is required
- Must have and maintain Secret Clearance with eligibility for Top-secret
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong management and organizational skills
- Adaptable and capable of working in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of all the computer-based tools for project management
- Must have knowledge of how to Analyze new and complex business-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project
Preferred Qualifications/Education and Experience.
- Five (5) years management and supervision in a military environment.
- Understanding of the Recruiting or Cadet Command Systems.
