We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Analyst to work in Dahlgren VA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide program-wide analysis to modernize, optimize, and simplify IT infrastructure while advancing IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.
• Drive measurable improvements in efficiency, affordability, IT capability delivery speed, and user satisfaction.
• Conduct analysis to enhance utilization of IT support resources, improving the effectiveness of IT support and operations.
• Reduce reliance on manual labor for IT support and eliminate unnecessary duplication of efforts and solutions.
• Support digital transformation initiatives by standardizing, optimizing, and automating business and IT processes.
• Promote IT solutions that improve product and service quality while reducing life-cycle ownership costs.
• Champion adoption of modern practices focused on customer value and mission alignment.
• Foster agile, transformational IT delivery through innovation, collaboration, and rapid scalability.
• Enable an adaptable IT "ecosystem" with on-demand bandwidth, compute/storage power, and secure data access from any device, anywhere, at any time.

Required Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance required
• IAM Level III certified (CISM, CISSP or GSLC)
• Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, and program cost analysis.

Physical and Mental Qualifications:

• Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
• Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
• Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
• Learns and memories routine tasks.
• Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
