The salary range for this role is $120,000 - $200,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. - Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and customers to define project scope and recommended solutions
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and brief government stakeholders on findings and actions
- Provide technical leadership with special focus on customer service, including team collaboration, leading technical syncs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Experience with cradle-to-grave ticketing process, providing guidance and recommended solutions from initial request through closure
- Experience managing infrastructure buildouts consistent with industry standards and best practices, such as telecommunications and data centers
- Strong understanding of cable plant, WAN/LAN/CAN infrastructure, with the ability to engage with government and commercial vendors for new and existing dark fiber builds that support high bandwidth applications.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is required in addition to six (6) years of experience in collection, processing, and distribution technology.
- Ten (10) years of experience in collection, processing, and distribution technology can be substituted for a bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
