We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Analyst to serve as the technical lead for a diverse infrastructure environment. The role spans Windows systems, Nutanix virtualization, Linux (RHEL), and enterprise storage. The successful candidate will provide hands-on support, coordinate team tasks, and ensure reliable delivery of IT services in a fast-paced, complex environment.

- Support, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Windows Server environments (AD, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, file/print services, etc.).
- Administer and optimize Nutanix clusters including VM lifecycle, resource allocation, patching, and performance tuning.
- Support and maintain RHEL servers; manage packages, services, and security baselines.
- Install, terminate , label, and test fiber and twisted-pair cabling with adherence to TIA/EIA standards.
- Prioritize and assign tickets, monitor progress, and ensure SLAs are met.
- Facilitate team stand-ups, planning meetings, and technical reviews.
- Act as escalation point for complex incidents and root-cause analysis.
- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, company and agency policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with network, security, and other teams to deliver reliable and secure infrastructure services.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation of plans, system configurations, and operational processes and procedures.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 2 to 8 years related experience
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. Citizenship required
- Must be able to pass the Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph within 180 days of hire.
- CompTIA Security+ CE, ISC2 SSCP, or equivalent baseline security certification.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) eligibility and maintain program accesses as required .
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical efforts, manage ticket queues, and coordinate cross-functional work.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience administering Windows Server and Windows 10/11 in an enterprise environment with knowledge of Active Directory.
- Experience with virtualization administration and virtualization best practices. VMWare accepted but Nutanix preferred .
- Working knowledge of fiber-optic and twisted-pair cabling standards (TIA/EIA-568, 569).
- Familiarity with data-center cabling best practices (hot/cold aisle, cable trays, bend-radius requirements).
Preferred Qualifications
- Nutanix Certified Professional (NCP) or higher.
- Microsoft Certifications (MCSA/MCSE, AZ-104, etc.).
- Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Engineer (RHCE).
- Experience with automation and configuration management (PowerShell, Ansible).
- Familiarity with enterprise backup solutions, disaster recovery, and high-availability design. Microsoft Endpoint Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent).
- Experience with automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, etc.).
- Familiarity with SCCM for system deployment and management.
- Cross-OS administration experience with Linux.
- Virtualization experience with VMWare or Nutanix.
- Active TS//SCI clearance with a current CI Scope Polygraph.
