Program Analyst IV
This position requires an active Secret clearance to be considered.

The Program Analyst IV provides administrative planning, implementation services, and program support to the Bureau of Arms Control and Nonproliferation (ACN/CTC). This role supports the Assistant Secretary and Front Office leadership by coordinating policies, managing scheduling, preparing official documentation, and ensuring the effectiveness of executive-level operations. The position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information and high-level engagements.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst IV: $101,401.00
Pay commensurate with experience.

Program Analyst IV Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting the Assistant Secretary in planning, coordinating, and developing policies and procedures for Front Office operations.
- Scheduling appointments, managing ISN conference room use, coordinating supplies, and organizing meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Responding to document, appointment, and travel requests; preparing announcements for Assistant Secretary-led meetings; drafting related documents and memoranda.
- Advising leadership on tools and methods to improve the efficiency of executive administrative support operations.
- Evaluating organizational methods and procedures to enhance administrative support systems.
- Managing Front Office functions, including troubleshooting scheduling issues and escorting Ambassadors, U.S. Government officials, and other senior leaders.
- Coordinating all travel requirements for the Assistant Secretary and other key Bureau staff.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Program Analyst IV Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing executive-level support.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience performing analysis of programs and operations.
- Ability to perform analytical work in an office environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, with proven experience implementing administrative concepts and principles.
- Proficiency with the E2 Travel program.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact in a professional manner with senior officials and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and SharePoint.
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
