Position Summary

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead a talented team in daily IT operations and project delivery. This role is responsible for managing the division's technology infrastructure and security program. The objective is to provide a broad range of secure, reliable, and highly available IT solutions to support end-users across a large enterprise. The successful candidate will provide effective, enterprise-level support and services, ensuring the organization has the necessary resources to achieve its operational goals. The candidate must be capable of performing a wide range of management duties as needed to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Identify the strengths and development areas of team members, providing continuous support for their professional growth.
• Oversee the activities of the IT operations team, ensuring projects progress smoothly while maintaining a strict focus on operational continuity.
• Provide oversight for both remote and on-site technical support until all incidents are fully resolved.
• Conduct and document a root cause and mitigation analysis for incidents within a specified timeframe.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant professional project management certifications.
• A minimum of six years of professional project management experience.
• Experience leading a team of technical professionals on multiple concurrent projects and operational support tasks.
• Must be authorized to work in the country and capable of obtaining a security clearance.
