The salary range for this role is $55,000 - $76,000. This range is a good faith estimate that reflects various experience levels. At CyberCore, we consider multiple factors when determining compensation, including the specific role and its responsibilities, the candidate's professional experience, geographic location, education, and relevant skills. The job duties of the COMSEC Custodian/Ticket Coordinator are as follows:
- Provide mobility systems expertise in support of AT&T Public Sector / National Security customers;
- Plan, design, implementation of proofs-of-concept and trials that demonstrate mobile capabilities and/or apply technologies and solutions that address client requirements with particular attention to showcase capabilities unique to or emerging from AT&T;
- Manages classified equipment, materials, and information in accordance with DoD COMSEC policies; securely stores classified material; maintains COMSEC access list; limits access to classified material to authorized personnel; maintains accountability of all COMSEC material; submits required accounting reports; briefs users and maintains records of initial briefings and debriefings; programs and distributes COMSEC devices; orders, receives, loads, and manages COMSEC keying material using the Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) and Simple Key Loader (SKL) and other devices; re-keys circuits as required. Translate study findings, research, trial results, and proofs-of-concept into proposals for solutions to be rolled out into client environments or to be deployed and operated by AT&T in support of client requirements;
- Work with the Government to understand functional and security requirements, past experiences, and capabilities; provide recommended solutions.
- Work with vendors to understand the functional and security capabilities of vendor products and solutions;
- Produce, review, and evaluate whitepapers and briefings related to the above activities for decision makers
- Attend client and vendor events related to Mobility solutions, emerging technologies, and evaluations.
Required Skills
- 5 years of experience as a COMSEC custodian and/or 5 years of customer service experience working on a NOC or similar work environment.
- Highly desired to have demonstrated experience and participation in activities to use mobile testbeds and test ranges.
- Participation in evaluating, commenting on relevant industry standards, along with knowledge of vendor-specific implementation or deviations from standards.
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required
