COLSA is seeking motivated and experienced SharePoint Developer(s) to support the development and maintenance of critical information management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate) and be capable of rapidly developing and refining solutions in an agile environment. This position requires a proactive individual comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements, focused on delivering impactful results. The developer will be responsible for translating user needs into functional, scalable, and secure applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Job Duties:
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain SharePoint solutions, including custom web parts, workflows, and applications.
- Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Automate applications.
- Work with large, disparate datasets to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data for analysis and reporting.
- Document technical designs, code, and configurations.

Required Experience
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of professional experience in SharePoint development.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Online development, including SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
- Strong understanding of Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services and integration with SharePoint.
- Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs).
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile development framework (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active Secret security Clearance; US Citizenship required;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in one or more of the following:
- PL-400: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate
- PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
- AZ-204: Azure Developer Associate
- PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate (formerly DA-100)
- Experience with Azure services (e.g., Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps).
- Familiarity with data modeling and database concepts.
- Experience with data governance and data quality principles.
- Knowledge of Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes and security compliance requirements.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and data warehousing solutions.
- Experience with data visualization best practices.
