Piper Companies is looking for a NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist to join a security and electronic systems company located in Springfield, VA.
Responsibilities of the NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist include:
· Continuously monitor network and application performance to detect anomalies
· Review system alerts and validate incidents before escalating to higher support tiers
· Conduct preliminary diagnostics and record technical observations in the ticketing platform
· Ensure consistent coverage of operational systems and produce status reports as required
Qualifications for the NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist include:
· Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Familiarity with incident tracking and resolution tools
Compensation for NOC Tier 1 Support Specialist includes:
· Rate Range: $90,000-105,000, based on experience
· Comprehensive Benefit Package: Cigna Medical/Dental/Vision, 401K, Sick Leave as Required by Law
