Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management (C3BM) Basic Test Analyst to join our team! In this role you will be part of the C3BM systems engineering efforts to include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. You will participate in reviews and assessments of C2BMC engineering products and documentation and collaborate with MDS stakeholders to prepare C2BMC engineering products as part of the engineering objectives documentation and analysis processes.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Perform systems analysis/integration functions to develop, field product-level functional, interface, and performance requirements.
  • Support baseline program reviews, design reviews.
  • Interface across C2BMC organizations including Requirements, Interoperability, Requirements Verification, System Specifications, Preliminary Change Notices (PCNs), and Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to understand the integrated functional, interface, performance, and design requirements for C2BMC and BOA.
  • Coordinate IMTP Phase 1 (Requirements) for C2BMC and BOA Program Capability Deliveries supporting Program Acquisition Milestones and Agency Priorities.
  • Support IMTP Test Design & Technical Requirements Reviews.
  • Identify Data Needs for C2BMC/BOA performance assessment supporting MDS Incremental capability deliveries through the POM cycle.
  • Support IMTP Test Configuration Sheets (TCS) review and development.
  • Support Next Generation Missile Defense (NGMD) Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Develop process and products to align C2BMC phase and evolution plan capabilities with the IMTP test plan and IMAP.
  • Coordinate Flight Test and Ground Test Requirements Allocation, IMAP development of Assessment Requirements (ACS, CACs, KTPs), APs, and AXPs of capabilities being delivered by MDA for C2BMC and BOA.


What Required Skills You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • System Engineering and project management skill in support of Prime Contractor development product, schedules, contract evaluations.
  • Integration knowledge associated with information technology systems, information management and information security systems, software development life cycle, network node development; network operations, program integration
  • Proficiency MS Office products


What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
  • Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MDA C2BMC products and the integration / interfacing with the other MDS assets, to include other space-based intel/DoD systems.
  • Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment
  • Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts


Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Secret security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $54,600.00 - $95,600.00
